Relaxation Massage
Our relaxation massages are the best way to release stress and ease your mind and body.

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage involves pressure that is applied to target muscles, ligaments, joints, tendons, facia, and other connective tissue.

Cupping
Cupping therapy helps improve circulation, decrease tension, inflammation, pain, fatigue and anxiety. It will be incorporated in your Relaxation/Deep Tissue Massage

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage helps decrease inflammation, edema, pain, discomfort, mental and physical fatigue.
Please note: Due to contraindications, massage is not recommended in the first trimester.
We offer a pregnancy bolster so you can comfortably and safely lay on your stomach throughout the treatment. Alternately, you can choose to lay on your side. (Please communicate with your therapist prior to your treatment as to what you prefer).

Reflexology
Reflexology therapy is a natural, therapeutic method based on the study that there are reflexes on the face, feet, hands and ears that map out to other parts, glands and organs of the body.
Through the application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology therapy can:
- Relieve tension
- Improve circulation
- Release stagnation
- Restore deep quality of sleep
- Support the body’s efforts to function optimally Reflexology helps to manage many common ailments, to name a few:
- Musculoskeletal pain
- Stress
- Hormonal concerns
- Digestive concerns

Hot Stones
Heated stones are placed on specific points of the body to stimulate and warm the muscles. While the hot stones soften the muscles and help to release toxins, your RMT will apply Relaxation and/or Deep Tissue Massage to other areas of the body. The stones are also used to warm, soften and relax your muscles while promoting a feeling of relaxation.

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset
RAPID is a type of massage that treats aches and pains by focusing on the nerves rather than muscle tissue. It’s a lotion free technique, so the client remains clothed, and the treatment is movement-based to encourage the client to perform active motion.
The purpose of RAPID is to reset nerve hypersensitivity back to neutral.
The high intensity of the technique along with client’s active movements allows the body to downgrade pain and reprogram sensory information processed by the brain. This then causes an immediate change in how the body responds to what it’s now feeling. It’s for this reason that treatment lengths are shorter and the results last longer. Movement and return to activity are highly encouraged after a RAPID treatment to reinforce the changes created by the body.
RAPID doesn’t physically alter issues, it’s just changing the information from the nerves, so it’s able to be used for many conditions and contributes greatly to faster healing.
Common conditions treated with RAPID:
- Migraines/Headaches
- Frozen Shoulder
- Golfer’s and Tennis Elbow
- Back Pain
- Whiplash

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the many modalities that make up Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The process involves inserting hair-sized needles, through the skin, to stimulate certain points on the body.
These acupuncture points are nerve rich, and affect various glands, hormones and muscle tissues. Once the acupuncture needles are inserted, they are retained to up to 20 mins.
Our Acupuncturist treats various physical and mental health issues such as body pain, stress, insomnia, headaches, digestion and menstrual/hormonal imbalances. A treatment will include multiple different TCM modalities such as body and ear acupuncture, cupping, nutritional therapy, gua sha and Tui Na massage techniques. She is an expert in the industry and adopts a personalized approach to treating every client.
